I decided to cook Bleu Marlin Steak for our dinner. I did it in the simplest way I can. The ingredients I used were of course, 4 pieces of Bleu Marlin, and for the sauce, ½ fresh calamansi juice, 1 cup water, ½ cup of soy sauce, and 1 tsp. of ground pepper. I marinated the fish for about 1 hour.When it’s for me to cook it, I did stir fry the Bleu Marlin in butter and olive oil, and that’s it!
I have decided to pair it with some buttered vegetables as a side dish. So I included, carrots and and sayote. First, I sliced the vegetables into french fry-like cut. Second, what I did was boil the vegetables in salted water until tender then, I drained it. Then, I stir fry it real quick with butter, just enough to coat the vegetables.
Then I put it with the Bleu Marlin, and it’s now ready to serve!
It felt good when I knew it actually tasted delicious! It is an easy dish to cook plus it is a healthy one! 🙂
